CoghIan Boutique Hotel is a family-owned establishment that opened its doors in August 2012. With a passion for hosting and entertaining, the hosts strive to provide both business and leisure travelers with an opportunity to relax and experience the ambience of a serene and welcoming environment.

Coghlan Villa is an ideal location for both the business and leisure traveler, who is seeking a homely and relaxed environment. It is superbly stylish and unique but comfortable. It is located a stone throw away from Kamfinsa Shopping Mall. Chisipite shopping centre and the new Highland Park Mall. The rooms are serviced daily and we offer laundry service to our guests. The Premium Wing boasts our newly renovated area, including two exquisite professional suites and twelve newly designed luxury standard rooms, ensuring a lavish stay. Meanwhile, the Executive Wing offers comfortable standard rooms, providing a high level of comfort and convenience. Additionally, the hotel includes the Villa, a charming three-bedroom abode perfect for families or groups seeking a more private and spacious accommodation experience.
The Hotel offers two fully equipped conference rooms, seating up to 80 and 30 people respectively, ideal for brainstorming sessions and important meetings. The tranquil environment includes amenities like room hire, an LCD projector, a PA system, and uninterrupted power. Our morning and afternoon tea services feature savory treats. Additionally, our conference package comes in three tiers, catering to varied tastes and budgets. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings while focusing on your goals.
A big guest lounge is available for the use of guests, where they can relax, curl on the couch to enjoy a good book, network with other guests or watch television or watch the birds from the verandah. During the winter months and colder days guests can sit by the fireplaces to enjoy good company and unwind after a busy day.
The garden offers shaded picnic tables and reading spots where guests can enjoy the sun, birdwatch, read, or catch up on work. It is a little paradise, a home away from home. In summer, guests can enjoy the sparkling swimming pool, either by talking a dip or lounging by the pool with a drink.

Great place outside of the craziness of town. The hotel was great! Staff was very helpful. We were surprised to see that the self‑catering room had more than just a microwave and refrigerator, but also had an electric oven and stove top. Beautiful location and very well kept.
